Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic person who can deliver a superior level of professional excellence and contribute to maintaining our position as the world leader in real-time Mine Management Systems across our blue-chip customer base whilst also maintaining our immaculate safety record.
This full-time position forms part of a dedicated professional team focusing on maximising the value in use provided by our industry leading products and solutions to our customers' operations. This initiative is based on the Japanese concept, GEMBA.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Delivery of "value in use" to our customers by visiting site and reviewing how the system is being operated.
- Identify improvement opportunities such as training, assisted operations and advise on system usage and navigation.
- Data gathering, analysis and reporting
- Assist in the preparation of data analysis pre and post site visits to benchmark, identify issues and potential improvements.
- Prepare and coordinate reports for our customers.
- Ensure all activities are completed in a safe manner.
Required Skills
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering or mining or a similar related field.
- Highly analytical, ability to swiftly identify opportunities and solutions.
- Experience in mining and/or knowledge of the related terms, processes, technology applications and solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
- High level of computer literacy with Microsoft® Office competency.
- Willing to travel to mine sites throughout Australia on a regular basis
Desired Skills
- Experience in Data Visualisation and Analytics – Power BI, Tableau.
- Process improvement training/qualifications such as Six-Sigma.
- Experience with Modular or related Fleet Management or Machine Guidance products.
