Job Overview

Assist with inside sales and all necessary associated duties. Process customer orders daily. Correspond with customers daily regarding their orders including invoicing. Responsible for digital and hardcopy records of the CTD daily paperwork.

Key Job Responsibilities

Inside Sales Clerical (30%)

  • Process customer purchase orders daily.
  • Take phone orders from customers for consumables and service parts.
  • Monitor and report any backorders.
  • Assist with maintaining customer consumable pricing sheets.


Inventory Tasks (30%)

  • Pick, pack, and ship orders daily.
  • Assist with receiving incoming stock. 
  • Verify counts & bin consumable and service part inventories.
  • Inventory cycle counting. Generate Inventory adjustment sheets.

 

Office Clerical Duties (30%)

  • Invoice customers daily via email.
  • Answer phones. Route the calls accordingly.
  • Correspond with customer requests such as invoice & order questions, tracking info, etc.
  • Assist with daily office tasks.

 

Reporting Duties (10%)

  • Responsible for digital & hardcopy daily record keeping.
  • Assist with various reports daily, weekly, monthly.
  • Report any errors or problems that may occur

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school education and business /marketing background. College degree not required.
  • Computer Skills and software knowledge required. Office 365.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and to work independently.
  • Bilingual preferable
  • Inventory knowledge preferable
  • Physical Requirements:  Lift up to 70 lbs., kneeling, squatting and bending.
