Job Overview
This position is a hands-on warehouse role responsible for the full lifecycle of parts management, from receiving and inventory counting to picking and shipping orders. You’ll need a mix of technical savvy for order software and physical stamina for material handling, all while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Seeking a detail-oriented team player who can work dilegently to keep our supply chain moving smoothly.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Pick and ship parts orders.
- Receipt and distribution of purchase and stock orders.
- Materials handling, off loading.
- Perform bin, cycle and inventory counts including on site consignment inventories.
- Housekeeping and clean up.
- Understanding shipping policies, procedures, and methods.
- Able to fulfill all written and verbal instructions given by Parts Manager.
Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Valid driver’s license
- Forklift and warehouse experience preferred
- Language Skills: Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situation to customers, clients and other employees
- Mathematical Skills: ability to compute and calculate basic math, including ratio and percentages
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Computer Skills: Knowledge of database software, Internet software, manufacturing software and order processing systems
- Analytical Skills: Uses intuition and experience to complement data
- Problem Solving Skills: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
- Customer Service Skills: Responds promptly to customer needs
- Oral and Written Communication Skills: Speaks and writes clearly and informatively
- Teamwork Skills: Balances team and individual responsibilities
- Planning/Organizing Skills: Prioritizes and plans work activities

Additional Information
Hiring Range
At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $25.00. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
