We require students who have successfully completed a diploma or degree in Operations management to be employed on a one-year fixed-term contract at our Wadeville facility.

Key Job Responsibilities

Assisting with daily operations and administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and inventory management;
Assisting with the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures;
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and suggest recommendations to the business;
Supporting customer service tasks, including responding to inquiries and processing orders e.g. requisitions, consumables;
Monitoring and tracking inventory levels shopfloor versus SAP;
Collaborating cross-functional department such as supply chain, engineering, and quality to achieve KPIs.
