Job Overview

The position will be based at Wadeville and the incumbent will report to the Manager - Internal Sales

Invoicing of customer REBUILDS, CEP and R&R jobs orders.

Key Job Responsibilities

 

  • Fix the repair price on the sales as per quote on R&R and CEP sales orders
  • Invoicing of customer REBUILDS, CEP and R&R jobs orders
  • Follow up on items delivered but not invoiced
  • Follow up on CEP Service orders IEPC’ed but not invoiced
  • Resolve customer queries on invoicing issues
  • Control of CEP ARG job jackets
  • Closing of invoiced jobs
  • Responsible for completion of delivery tasks in Notification (s) (Task 60 & 105)
  • Ensure all documents are scanned onto the H-Drive
  • Ensure accuracy Invoicing as per Internal Policies (Pod, Quote) including other dept (Projects) – Drive Sales
  • Management of all documents and process inclusive of electronic management pertinent to the sub – assembly process

Qualifications/Requirements

 

  • Matric/ Grade 12
  • Extensive SAP- ERP3 knowledge,
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel
  • Understanding of KMC business/processes
  • Financial code of contract/ ethics – Know how
  • Updating of service entries on Ariba
  • Communicating with customers on price differences on Ariba
