Job Overview
Reports to: Manager, Warehouse Operations
Shift: Monda-Friday, 8h/day
Allowances: Additional premiums and allowances are associated with this position due to location
Safety Sensitive: Yes- drug & alcohol testing, physical demand fit testing, RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5-year provincial driving record will be required
Relocation: This position does not offer relocation

Key Job Responsibilities
- Process orders, shipping, receiving, and tracking through our computerized inventory system
- Operate forklifts and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
- Perform cycle counts and ensure proper storage and organization of incoming parts
- Handle paperwork, quality notifications, and after‑hours on‑call support when required
- Occasionally backfill shipper/receiver duties at another mine site out of province
Qualifications/Requirements
- 1–3 years warehouse experience
- Strong communication skills (Bilingual in French an asset)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- Proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel); SAP experience is an asset
- Strong organization, multitasking, and customer service abilities
- Experience with warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack; wheel loader an asset)
