Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Lead to drive the strategic development, integration, and support of our SAP landscape. This role requires in-depth expertise across (FI/CO/ MM/ SD/ PP) SAP modules, along with some experience in Salesforce, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and system integration. The ideal candidate will also bring proven capabilities in project delivery and change management, ensuring that SAP systems align with business objectives and deliver operational excellence.

Key Job Responsibilities

•    Act as the primary point of contact for SAP ERP-related queries and problems.
•    Develop and maintain the overall architecture strategy for the organization’s SAP ERP environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
•    Oversee SAP integration initiatives with internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, third-party platforms) ensuring seamless data and process flows.
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
•    Lead and manage SAP-related projects, including system upgrades, module implementations, and enhancements.
•    Align & prioritize regional business needs to feed the IT/SAP roadmap
•    Oversee the delivery and implementation of SAP ERP solutions, ensuring best practices are followed for system design, data integration, and security.
•    Work with SAP support and technical teams to resolve complex issues and implement enhancements.
•    Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
•    Ensure proper documentation, testing, training, and deployment activities in all SAP initiatives.
•    Own and manage change management processes for SAP systems, ensuring alignment with ITIL or equivalent frameworks.
•    Establish governance frameworks and standards for SAP ERP architecture to ensure system consistency, data integrity, and compliance with corporate policies.
•    Liaise with external vendors and consultants as needed for project delivery or system support.
•    Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and modules to incorporate innovative solutions that can drive business transformation and operational efficiency.
•    Willing to learn and work with various applications beyond SAP.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Skills
•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field 
•    Minimum 8+ years of on-hands SAP ERP experience involving leadership roles in core modules (FI/CO/ MM/ SD/ PP).
•    Experience with different third-party system integrations. (API Azure, CPI, Sterling etc.)
•    Demonstrated success leading SAP projects, system upgrades, and full lifecycle implementations.
•    Solid understanding of change management, including impact assessments, communication planning, and stakeholder alignment.
•    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with global stakeholders.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
•    Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
•    Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with remote teams across multiple time zones
•    Experience with Salesforce and PLM implementation is a Plus


Preferred Skills
•    Experience in S/4HANA environments.
•    Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid project management methodologies.
•    Certification in SAP modules or SAP Project Management is a plus.
•    Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements related to SAP systems (e.g., SOX).
