Job Overview

The Human Resources Generalist provides HR operational support to employees, managers, and the HR team on a wide range of topics. The role serves as a primary contact within the HR Solution Center model and owns or coordinates HR transactions, approvals, employee inquiries, policy support, recruiting assistance, accommodation and immigration administration, and HR data integrity. The position works closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and external partners to resolve questions, complete transactions, maintain documentation, and improve the employee and manager experience. As an HR Generalist, you’ll often be in close contact with our existing employees and be one of the first people our prospective and new hires interact with. This means you have an excellent opportunity to create favorable impressions and be the face of the HR department!

You'll work with an HR team that is willing to support each other and is highly collaborative with weekly team meetings, semi-annual (or more) onsite team meetings, and frequent communication via Teams chats. You’ll also have the opportunity to interact with members of our business in other countries, such as Canada, Australia, Chile, Peru, Brazil, and South Africa.
