  • Competitive wages: base pay is $50,000- $63,000/year dependent on skills and qualifications. Discussion regarding full compensation package conducted upon initial pre-screen.

Reports to: Manager, Planning and Administration
Shift: 5x2- Monday-Friday
Safety Sensitive: No- RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5-year provincial driving record will be required
Travel: up to 15% travel within Canada
Relocation:
 This position does not offer relocation

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, manage front‑desk activity, and support a professional, efficient office environment
  • Handle incoming calls, mail, courier shipments, and maintain accurate internal directories
  • Maintain office supplies, PPE inventory, and create purchase requisitions in SAP
  • Support Accounts Payable tasks including GRs, PO updates, and documentation accuracy
  • Administer fleet program requirements, track compliance, and maintain reporting
  • Assist with new hire onboarding packages and general administrative support for the regional team

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in a busy work environment
  • Office Administration certificate or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an asset
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Produces accurate, well‑organized work within required timelines
