Job Overview

The candidate will support the sales team with road specialty products and facilitate technical training for customer, sales team and the technicians. Assist with all pertinent sales meetings, customer visits, rentals, demonstrations, training and product support needs. Road products include; paving, milling, crushing, compaction, screening. The candidate will also provide Aggregate and Road Application product training and resolve technical problems in an effective and timely manner. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to; overseeing all F&M communications with technicians, customers, salesmen and factory representatives.

Key Job Responsibilities

Support F&M sales and technical team with road application business; paving, milling, compaction, crushing and screening.
Facilitate training programs for our customer, technicians, sales team, and customers to meet our product lines annual training criteria.
Perform product support machine inspections. This includes; assembling and presenting proposals to customer within a timely manner.
Assist with managing the machine control product inventories with the parts department and end users.
Assist in developing diagnostic and repair procedures. Lead the sales and product support departments in technology requirements for training and the service department.

Qualifications/Requirements

College degree or equivalent job experience in the construction equipment industry. (8-10 years of experience)
Knowledge of our company product lines and a strong commitment to safety.
Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Flexibility to work various schedules including shift work.
