Job Overview

Waste and Material Handler Specialist (Sennebogen) responsibilities includes:

The incumbent will have a strong technical and communication background on the Sennebogen line. The responsibilities include but are not limited to pursuing and developing long-term business relationships within the Waste and Material Handling sector, which includes field maintenance support, parts and service. Submit repair and maintenance contract proposals as deemed appropriate.

Upon demand be accessible to work alongside F&M Territory Sales Managers and Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR).  Responding to customers’ needs and jointly pursuing sales opportunities. Accessible to rendering Waste and Material Handler technical advice and support; troubleshooting, training, promotional, special events, trade-shows, etc.



Achieve annual Sennebogen market sales goals and objectives. Including maintaining an efficient supply chain to support sales objectives. Ensuring new and used waste handling products are appropriately stock based on trends and market demand.

Obtain accurate credit information on all accounts and assist in collection of past due account receivables. Routinely obtain market intelligence developing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data base.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Major Action (what is done and how) and Expected Result (why it is done)
  • Identify target prospects and create/implement an action plans for F&M sales. Work with the F&M Territory Managers and the PSSR’s and jointly pursue sales opportunities by increasing machine population, parts and service.
  • Work with the F&M Territory Managers and PSSR to resolve all customer issues and or problems.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and training to the F&M organization, while being responsible for updating pricing, literature and OEM refresher on the product training.


  • College degree or equivalent job experience in the construction equipment industry
  • Computer literate with excel, power-point and on all in-house company run software & systems
  • Knowledge of our company product lines and a strong commitment to safety
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently
