Job Overview
Aftermarket parts specialist spends significant time reviewing parts orders from multiple ordering channels, resolves issues, communicates progress to dealer network and customers. They provide feedback regarding processes tied to parts ordering and stocking. The position is heavily focused on individual parts setup and ensuring core parts data is correct for automated ordering.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Coordinates and facilitates all parts material requests in a timely manner to ensure that the customer expectations are met.
- Ensure parts and supplies are available to fulfill work orders.
- Assisting with any potential vendor parts issues and resolving.
- Ensuring the proper replenishment of stock and inventory.
- Assisting in completing purchase orders and other related documentation.
- Assisting in core parts data and system data to allow for correct parts setup.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of a perpetual inventory system.
- Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to perform mathematical calculations, including decimals and percentages.
- Promotes an atmosphere of goodwill and accountability between the company and the customer. Act in a professional manner and provides a superior level of customer service and satisfaction. Building trust with customer personnel through your honesty and integrity.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision at times.
