Job Overview

Customers are central to our business. As a PSSR you will be supporting all after sales activities, most important of which will be fostering relationships with new and existing customers. You will be the liaison between the customer and your parts and service departments. You, along with the Sales Territory Manager, will be the face of our dealership. Be ready for a fast-paced and fun working environment.  

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the customer and Komatsu in all areas related to product support.  
  • Build relationships with key decision makers and promote all available product support offerings from the company. 
  • Focus on activities and strategies that will result in revenue growth and position the dealership as the preferred supplier of parts and service offerings. 
  • Provide customer guidance on equipment maintenance needs to maximize uptime and equipment life cycle cost. 
  • Identify growth opportunities with new and existing customers and provide recommendations to management to capture incremental sales. 
  • Remain knowledgeable of current parts and service offerings and special promotions. 
  • Assist customers in the usage of Komatsu’s online systems to maximize machine productivity and uptime. 


  • High School diploma, GED (General Education Degree) required, college degree or technical school a plus.
  • Strong customer facing and consultive sales skills.
  • Experience working in the heavy construction equipment industry, service repair, parts, or equipment sales role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency including working knowledge of the Microsoft Office platforms (Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Detail orientated.
