Job Overview
We are hiring an Electrician to work in the field on 930 and 980 Electric Drive Trucks (EDT) at the Morenci Mine Site in Arizona. This role is critical to supporting mine production and uptime.
This is an onsite, rotating long-change schedule role ideal for technicians with mine site experience.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Prioritize a safe work environment and consistent safe work practices.
- Perform complex, high accuracy repairs and determine appropriate repair methods.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and complete all levels of equipment repairs.
- Work effectively within a diverse team.
- Maintain efficient, productive work habits to meet billable rate goals.
- Inspect tooling and PPE regularly.
- Communicate potential issues (materials, tooling, labor, quality, EHS, permitting, etc.) to leadership.
- Share relevant customer or vendor feedback.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3+ years of electrical experience in the mining industry.
- Ability to read schematics and complete repairs to OEM specifications.
- Willing to travel 100%.
- Clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in hydraulics, low voltage electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications.
