We're looking for an experienced Rebuilds Project Manager to join our Mining Products team, leading complex rebuild, repair and equipment projects from initial planning through to final delivery.

In this highly visible customer-facing role, you'll work closely with customers, engineering, operations, supply chain and production teams to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes while ensuring commercial, schedule and performance objectives are achieved.

What Makes This Role Unique?

You'll:

  • Lead complex rebuild and repair projects from pre-contract through to delivery
  • Work directly with customers to manage expectations, risks and project outcomes
  • Coordinate activity across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production and Sales
  • Play a critical role in delivering safe, efficient and commercially successful projects
  • Influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement across project delivery

Key Job Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery across rebuilds, repairs and selected OEM projects
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts and resource plans
  • Monitor project scope, costs, risks and delivery milestones
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved
  • Lead customer communications and provide regular project updates
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and delivery challenges
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards throughout the project lifecycle

  • Proven experience delivering projects within manufacturing, mining, engineering or heavy industry environments
  • Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget and risk
