About the Role

Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, you will support the design, coordination and delivery of initiatives that build capability, strengthen leadership, improve employee engagement and enable positive organisational change.

 

You will work closely with leaders, HR Business Partners and subject matter experts to:

  • Support organisational development programs that lift capability and performance
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify capability needs and development opportunities
  • Coordinate leadership, onboarding, mentoring and talent initiatives
  • Support recruitment activities that align workforce capability with business priorities
  • Contribute to diversity, inclusion, wellbeing and engagement programs
  • Assist with change management and stakeholder communication activities
  • Analyse employee feedback, survey data and people insights to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that simplify and strengthen people processes

 

What You'll Bring

We are looking for someone who is curious, collaborative and passionate about creating positive employee experiences.

 

You may already have experience in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Talent, Change Management or Employee Engagement and be ready for a role with more breadth, visibility and impact.

 

 

You will stand out if you bring:

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Business or a related discipline
  • Change management certification, such as Prosci, will be highly regarded

 

Experience

  • Experience supporting people, capability, learning, engagement, change or organisational development initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to build trusted relationships
  • Experience preparing and delivering presentations, resources, communications or reports to support capability and development
  • Ability to interpret employee feedback, survey results or workforce insights and turn them into practical actions
  • Exposure to talent acquisition and  workforce planning
  • Experience within mining, manufacturing, heavy industry or multi-site environments will be advantageous
