Ensures the timely and successful resolution of emergency backorders to avoid customer downtime due to lack of repair parts.

Establishes performance metrics and uses them to set targets, perform analysis and make fact based decisions to improve emergency completion rate and overall supplier performance.

Provides regular updates to departmental management on actions to improve key performance metrics.

Develop, train, coach and evaluate team members to improvement against metrics.
