Job Overview

Responsible for accurate and timely processing of Distributor return requests. Responsible for ensuring inbound receipt readiness by managing the Distributor ASN process as well as any receiving issues related to Distributor returns processing.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Process Annual and Exception return requests from Distributors in a timely manner
  • Train Distributors on the correct processes for submitting and checking the status of return requests as well as ASN management 
  • Communicate and correct receiving issues between Pierce and Distributors
  • Track and manage aging ASNs
  • Communicate with Records and Distributors to achieve SIE resolution 
  • Collaborate with planners related to Distributor returns status and tracking
  • Research any returns related issues and work with the appropriate teams to resolve

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer interface position with high volume transactions or aptitude to be successful in customer interface role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Individual must be self-directed, but also be able to work as a team member
  • Strong sense of urgency and drive for results
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Working knowledge of Access database application preferred
