Job Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for a Robotic Weld Cell Operator at our facility located in Reno, PA. This is a full-time position on third shift (11 p.m. - 7 a.m). Key Job Responsibilities

The incumbent of this position will be responsible for the following:

Pre-assemble, layout and fit up components for weld and tack weld
Set up and operate a robotic weld cell for automated welding operation
Follow all standard work processes such as Routings, bills of material, set up sheets, OVL's, prints and drawings
Utilize HMI to select and execute proper part number and fixture components for changeover
Load and unload product while utilizing inspection and process verification
Change and clean robot tooling

Qualifications/Requirements

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years robotic welding experience or a technical degree in robotic welding from an accredited school. Candidate must be a team play with good communication skills.
