Job Overview

We are currently seeking a CNC machine operator for a full-time position at our facility located in Reno, PA. This opening is on second shift (3 p.m. - 11 p.m.) We offer competitive wages and a full benefit package including medical/dental/vision and life insurance, 401(k) plan, Employee Assistance Program, and 13 paid holidays annually.

Key Job Responsibilities

The incumbent of this position will perform duties to operate multiple CNC horizontal machining centers (no more than two at a time), or horizontal single and vertical spindle CNC machines with automatic tool changers. Will perform operations such as milling, drilling, reaming, boring, tapping and chamfering on a limited variety of parts. Load and unload parts into hydraulic and manual positive locating type fixtures. Load and unload tool changer, setup tools and operate presetter as required. Prove out programs as required. Clean, deburr and mark identification on parts. Perform inspection of parts. Check fluid levels and add coolant as required, clean chips from machine, and assist maintenance persons in repairs when necessary. Move material in immediate work area.

Qualifications/Requirements

Preferred candidates will have at least one year CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment or have completed a CNC machinist program. Will also consider manual machining experience. Must be a team player with good communication skills.
