Job Overview
Receive and analyze online, mail and telephone inquiries from Komatsu distributors regarding invoices,shipments and returns status. Process inventory adjustments. Review and analyze stock records for accuracy. Process necessary documents for inventory adjustments. File and maintain related documents for audit purposes. Process all distributor parts return authorizations (PRAs) and credit upon receipt. Monitor EPIC Data inventory receiving, binning and picking transactions for system accuracy. Update ISO documentation for records admin functions.
Scope
Order in Error returns – 41K lines, $19M credit value
Shipped in Error returns – 15K lines, $8M credit value
Annual/ASL/Exception returns - 125K, $50M credit value
Inventory Adjustments – 5,000 PN level transactions per month (including cycle count input)
800-1,000 distributor support calls monthly
Key Job Responsibilities
- Process various dealer returns including OIE, SIE, and Surplus. Prepare the authorization via software, send notification to distributor, and issue a credit invoice upon receipt (after verification). Administer all aspects of the return program for all Parts Operations.
- Process inventory adjustments from multiple inputs including cycle count, bin check verifications, and bin room backorders. Prepare and maintain documentation to support the actions and processes.
- Maintain the cycle count records for adjustments, number of items counted, and items remaining to be counted. Verify cycle count accuracy via recount as required.
- Follow and maintain ISO documentation for record admin functions.
- Monitor all EPIC transactions and process corrections as required.
- Transfer inventory between various Komatsu & third-party locations. Maintain records to support transaction requests and completion.
- File & maintain all documents based on KAC’s Record Retention Policy.
Qualifications/Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalency.
- MS Windows applications (Word, Excel, Access) and basic PC skills.
- Aptitude for learning various PC programs and systems including Mainframe application (PIPS parts system), SAP, extranet applications
- High-level of customer support & drive.
- Advanced administrative & organization skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Regular attendance.
- Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the associate is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (life, carry, move) light to medium weights of 1-10 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.

Hiring Range
At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $47,900 - $59,900. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
