Job Overview
1. Is responsible for the receipt/shipment of raw materials and finished goods, data entry like taking photos of all
received items from Komatsu NTC Ltd., working directly with trucking and delivery companies for both inbound and
outbound shipments. Manage and maintain loading dock, dock equipment, and dock activities. To finish product
packaging. Shipping documentation and logistics coordination.
2. Inventory management & Warehouse management: Physical Inventory support and inventory location adjustment
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Receiving the incoming shipments, unpacking and confirming the shipment contents, as well as documenting the shipments by taking photos of the received products. Report / communicate with Inside Sales Coordinator (Parts Sales Coordinator) for details. 35%
2. Package and Ship the outgoing shipments, preparing shipping labels, and maintaining detailed records of all transactions. Completing necessary paperwork for outgoing shipments, including bills of lading, shipping manifests, and customs documents. 30%
3. Inventory Management: Outgoing parts to be controlled, and Incoming inventory to report / communicate any discrepancies to Sales Coordinators, and Accounting dept. Perform monthly Cycle Count. 25%
4. Warehouse management and miscellaneous tasks: Managing unexpected storage of materials for short term period, and keep tracking of these materials. Communicating with all employees for any updates on warehouse condition etc. 9%
5. Create and Update procedure manual in the shared server. 1%
Qualifications/Requirements
1. Position requires motivated individual to work independently and also be dedicated to a team environment. PC skills and Microsoft Office
2. Fork Lift operating license preferred , but not required (company provide the license opportunity)

Hiring Range
