Keep Major Engineering Projects Moving

At Komatsu, major engineering, mining and crushing projects depend on clear plans, accurate reporting and strong coordination. As Engineering Scheduler, you’ll bring structure, visibility and momentum to a fast-moving project environment.

 

Based in Moss Vale, this highly visible role supports up to 200 concurrent projects and a team of around 60 engineers across Komatsu’s Infrastructure Group.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll keep engineering projects accurately planned, monitored and reported, helping teams stay aligned and informed.

This means you'll:

  • Create, update and maintain project schedules, milestones and task changes
  • Produce project, performance, engineering time and On-Time Delivery reports
  • Create and maintain project allowances, special project requests and variations
  • Align project plans to scope, departmental and operational requirements
  • Support project managers, engineering leaders and stakeholders with accurate project visibility

Applied Knowledge. You bring experience in scheduling, planning or project coordination, with strong understanding of work breakdown structures, reporting, SAP and Microsoft Office.Power BI, SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, MS Project or Adobe Acrobat experience will be highly regarded.

A Continuous Improvement Mindset. You look for smarter ways to improve processes, reporting accuracy, and team efficiency.
