Job Overview
Key Job Responsibilities
- Manage the LCM portfolio, including priorities, schedules, dependencies, risks, resources, and business outcomes.
- Lead governance activities including dashboards, milestone reviews, executive reporting, and decision tracking.
- Coordinate work across SAP, Salesforce, Palantir, Power BI, APM/Meridium, KMAP, and related enterprise systems.
- Support new product development by ensuring lifecycle management requirements are completed before release.
- Drive process standardization, documentation, training, and change management initiatives.
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Product Support, Commercial, IT, Finance, regional teams, and distributors to align priorities and deliver results.
- Escalate issues and coordinate resolution of cross-functional risks and constraints.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional technical, digital, aftermarket, or product lifecycle initiatives.
- Strong project and portfolio management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience developing executive reports, dashboards, and governance materials.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate technical work into business-focused objectives, milestones, and outcomes.
- Ability to travel approximately 15%.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean, or similar project/program management certification.
- Experience in mining, heavy equipment, maintenance, reliability, aftermarket support, or lifecycle cost management.
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Palantir, Power BI, APM platforms, KMAP/Snowflake, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of data governance, process automation, and benefits realization.
- Familiarity with LCC/TCO methodologies, RCM/FMEA, maintenance systems, and new product development processes.
