How you will help us create value together:

As an IT Intern, CRM Applications, you will have the ability to gain exposure to and develop an understanding of the Salesforce CRM platform functionalities and capabilities. The Intern will partner with members of the CRM Team and Business Users to identify and define business requirements for new features and enhancements.  They will perform testing of developed projects to ensure requirements are met.  In addition they will have the opportunity to learn and understand other tools relating to CRM such as WalkMe and Momentive Survey Monkey.

This position will be based onsite at our South Harbor location in Milwaukee’s Harbor District! The target start date for this role is Summer 2023 and has potential to be extended into the Fall 2023 school semester. We offer full-time hours during the summer and flexible part-time hours during the academic year.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Assist team with new integrations and upgrades to CRM tools and applications, which may include creating custom Salesforce mappings

  • Partner with business users to identify and design new features and enhancements for tools necessary

  • Perform necessary testing on project enhancements, ensuring that all system and user requirements are achieved

  • Learn and understand other CRM tools, and their integral part in driving our business forward

  • Identify areas where our programs can be improved (especially through automation) via surveys, and where possible to implement those improvements. This may include presenting survey data to senior leaders and/or the business. 

Qualifications we look for

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Pursuing a bachelor's or advanced level degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Hold a rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior level in good academic standing

  • Ability to work independently as well a part of a team towards a goal

  • Excellent organization and personal time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks (time-sensitive)

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

  • Possess effective problem solving and critical thinking skills, able to be creative and resourceful when needed


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous work or classroom experience in one or more of the following areas: Office 365, SharePoint, SQL, C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Microsoft Visual Studio.NET, IT project management and/or business analysis

  • Experience working and/or interacting with professionals globally and in various functional areas

  • Ability to demonstrate highest business ethics and professionalism in maintaining corporate confidentiality
