  • Monitor inventory levels of consumables and bulk fluids critical to manufacturing, anticipate usage patterns, and coordinate timely restocking to prevent supply shortages.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and promptly report any damaged tools, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to the appropriate departments to uphold workplace safety and equipment reliability.
  • Provide responsive line-side support by delivering tools, supplies, and materials quickly and accurately to sustain uninterrupted production flow.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and Quality to align on tooling requirements, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous operational improvements.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date inventory records, inspection logs, and documentation to support audit processes and ensure compliance with internal control standards.
  • Promote and uphold a strong safety culture by following all safety protocols, encouraging safe tool handling practices, and advocating for employee well-being and operational excellence in every aspect of the role.
