Key Job Responsibilities

  • Champion workplace safety by adhering to all safety protocols and encouraging fellow team members to maintain a hazard-free environment.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of ovens, lamination tools, and associated equipment to ensure operational reliability and product quality.
  • Accurately follow standardized procedures for operating VPO equipment and bake-out ovens to achieve consistent processing results.
  • Prepare and set up oven and lamination machinery with minimal supervision, ensuring all parameters meet production specifications.
  • Assist in stacking laminated components efficiently and safely under appropriate oversight, contributing to smooth workflow and inventory management.
  • Document production activities and maintenance checks using company data entry systems to support quality control and traceability requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across shifts to maintain production continuity and address operational challenges promptly.

Qualifications/Requirements

Authorization and Compliance: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship and must successfully pass background screening, physical examinations, and comprehensive drug testing including hair follicle analysis.

Experience and Skills: A minimum of two years in a related manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred, with a solid understanding of oven operation and lamination processes. Prior experience with VPO equipment and bake-out ovens is an advantage.

Technical Abilities: Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and production instructions is essential for proper execution of duties.

Communication and Data Proficiency: Effective verbal and written communication skills are required, along with proficiency in data entry for accurate record-keeping.

Physical and Scheduling Requirements: The role demands physical stamina for standing, lifting, and handling materials, as well as flexibility to work overtime and weekends as production needs dictate.
