Job Overview
Key Job Responsibilities

Maintain and review accurate levels of inventory for aftermarket parts.

Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy.

Maintain the stocking policy for spare parts.

Allocate inventory to open demand to ensure fair and logical distribution.

Identify current and potential product shortages.

Identify inventory sharing opportunities and submit requirements to our factory plants for transfer.

Adjustment of stocking strategies.

Releasing purchasing requirements to procurement.

Set up of parts in SAP at the Aftermarket distribution plant level (including kits and purchased items).
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in inventory planning
- Advanced understanding of inventory management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop processes and KPIs
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP system an asset
