Job Overview
Lead delivery of supply chain applications and transformation initiatives for the Loading Business Unit, partnering with business leaders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-value technology solutions for our LCMs, OE and Export programs.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Supply Chain programs and projects.
- Partner with business leaders to define digital roadmaps.
- Drive Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, initiatives.
- Manage portfolio, budgets, risks and executive governance.
- Lead global teams and strategic vendor relationships.
- Champion Agile, Lean, DevOps and continuous improvement.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Core Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations field.
- 15+ years of enterprise heavy manufacturing project’s delivery experience.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP/EWM/TM, Oracle SCM or equivalent.
