Key Job Responsibilities
Supply Chain Strategy and Leadership

- The position is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing & inventory control, distribution, supplier management, and process excellence.
- This role ensures operational efficiency, cost optimization, business continuity, and alignment with organizational growth strategy.
Mining Equipment & Aftermarket Operations

- Oversee supply chain operations supporting mining/construction equipment manufacturing, parts distribution, and service operations.
- Ensure high availability of critical spares, components, and assemblies to support customer equipment uptime and SLAs.
People & Stakeholder Leadership

- Manages and motivates team, reviews and assesses performance, supports their professional development.
- Focus on talent development initiatives and work towards building a high caliber, high performing SC team.
- Lead and develop cross-functional supply chain teams across manufacturing, aftermarket, and regional operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain
- MBA
- 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management within Manufacturing/Engineering/Mining environment of which 5 years must have been occupying senior management role.
- Knowledge of implementation and monitoring the various quality standards - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 80079-34 and has been trained in quality principles practicing the quality concepts in directing the supply chain functions.
- Experience in Kanban, value stream mapping, visual controls will be added advantage.
