  • Competitive wages: base pay is $62,000-78,000/year depending on skills and qualifications. Discussion regarding full compensation package conducted upon initial pre-screen.

Join our team in Goderich as a Customer Service Representative, where you’ll be the go-to person for parts support, order processing, and keeping things running smoothly for our customers at Detour, Greenstone, Compass, CGC and Windsor Salt mine sites. No two days are the same—and that’s just how we like it. Reports to: Manager, Operations Goderich
Shift: 5x2- Monday- Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Safety Sensitive: Yes- drug & alcohol testing, physical demand fit testing, RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5-year provincial driving record will be required
Travel: up to 25% travel within Canada and the USA
Relocation:
 This position does not offer relocation

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and parts support
  • Process purchase orders, quotes, returns, and credits
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and on-time delivery
  • Help source parts and support warehouse tasks when needed
  • Maintain accurate records in SAP and assist with billing and service orders
  • Support safety culture and occasionally pitch in for after-hours on-call (every 4–6 weeks)

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience (parts knowledge is a bonus)
  • High school diploma
  • Strong communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure
  • Comfortable lifting 20 lbs.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
