Job Overview
Komatsu is embarking on a global initiative to transform our website experiences. This role will be responsible for driving and managing the re-platforming of Komatsu websites built on various content management systems to the Adobe Experience Manager platform. Delivering a consistent and world class online experience is a key outcome.
Primary responsibilities include developing the strategy and executing the roadmap to re-build websites supporting customers in all regions. You will be working in close collaboration with the digital marketing teams in a dozen regions, IT teams and vendors to develop and execute website migrations. A foundational knowledge of business objectives, our digital channels and Adobe AEM capabilities will be critical for facilitating the website re-build process and delivering a consistent online experience for customers in all markets.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Stakeholder engagement, change leadership and consensus building
• Work closely with regional teams to understand and document the scope of their website functionality and requirements to develop a detailed website migration project plan, timeline and resource plan
• Organize and facilitate discussions between regional digital marketing, IT and vendors
• Drive alignment on information and content architecture across websites, as well as the adoption of a common taxonomy and meta tag schema
• Prepare and host regular reports outs covering strategy, roadmap, progress and performance against KPIs
• Capable of working flexible hours to host meetings which accommodate European and Asia working hours
• Website delivery team leadership
• Own global website delivery, migration and post go-live operational support
• Prioritize, coordinate and scrum delivery team work across multiple disciplines; UX/UI, user story detailing, migration plans, webpage authoring, QA and analytics
• Manage and drive the migration of Komatsu websites onto Adobe AEM CMS and DAM
• Guide integrations between Komatsu source systems needed to deliver the online experience
• Website product vision, roadmap and governance
• Define and drive the global website roadmap
• Establish and govern global web standards and support processes
• Prioritize and organize website support requests
• Champion and drive functional and technical website maturity
• Adobe AEM CMS / DAM Platform Operations
• Serve as subject matter expert for leveraging Adobe AEM CMS and DAM
• Align platforms with enterprise technology direction
• Evaluate and implement digital capabilities
• Ensure platform scalability and stability
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of website management experience in a B2B and B2C marketing department preferably in a corporate environment
• Minimum of 2 years with hands on experience using content management systems and digital asset management systems
• Experience implementing on-site personalization based on a user’s profile settings
• Experience implementing A/B testing
• Experience with website analytics and reporting
• Experience with building lead generation processes, from lead capture all the way to qualification and opportunity management
• Experience working with international marketing teams
• Familiar with UX best practices, landing page creation, responsive design and mobile first layouts
• Familiar with usability testing practices and methodologies
• Familiar with HTML/CSS
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Strong organizational and presentation skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage priorities, present, and share strategies, working across organizational teams to deliver results.
Hiring Range
At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $$105,000-$132,000. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
