Key Job Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among peers to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance of equipment, tools, and the designated work area to support uninterrupted production processes.
  • Assemble installation kits accurately and efficiently for both production line and service teams according to specified requirements.
  • Assist with inventory management by organizing materials and supplies to ensure timely availability for assembly operations.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and resolve any issues impacting workflow or safety compliance.
  • Participate actively in training sessions and development programs to improve technical skills and job performance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall manufacturing objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Entry-level candidate with up to two years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or assembly environments preferred.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive, assembly-related tasks with precision and consistency.
  • Basic competency in reading blueprints or technical diagrams to understand assembly components and configurations.
  • Physical requirements include occasional lifting of 21-50 lbs, frequent lifting of 11-25 lbs, and constant lifting of items weighing 1-10 lbs, as well as the ability to stand for extended periods exceeding two-thirds of the work shift.
  • Successful completion of background checks, pre-employment physical exams, and drug screenings is mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work the 2nd shift schedule, with willingness to contribute to overtime hours and weekend shifts as production demands fluctuate.
  • Strong commitment to reliability, punctuality, and teamwork in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
