Job Purpose
The Site Technology Lead serves as the single point of accountability for coordinating Autonomous Haulage System deployments while acting as the primary customer interface for AHS, DISPATCH, Argus, MineCare and Provision (Komatsu Mining Technology products) installations. The role ensures successful project execution through effective stakeholder management, schedule coordination, risk mitigation, resource planning, and operational readiness to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable autonomous mining operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight for AHS and DISPATCH product while supporting operational execution
- Act as the main liaison between customer and Komatsu stakeholders for Komatsu Mining Technology initiatives
- Assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, resolve operational barriers, and escalate critical issues as needed.
- Track key project metrics, milestones, action items, and deliverabnles while providing regular status updates to customer and Komatsu leadership teams
- Oversee Komatsu Mining Technology hardware and software systems, ensuring all installations meet project specifications and acceptance criteria
- Ensure all project activities comply with site safety standards, regulatory requirements, and Komatsu Mining Technology quality expectations while promoting a Zero Harm culture
Required Skills
- Project planning and execution experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven risk management and problem-solving ability
- Technical understanding of autonomous mining systems, fleet management systems, hardware, and software integration.
- Leadership capability with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving accountability
Desired Skills
- Experience with Komatsu mining equipment, autonomous haulage, or large-scale mining technology deployments.
- Working knowledge of AHS Central Controller, Pit Patroller, DISPATCH, Provision, or FrontRunner systems.
- Background in fleet management systems, mining operations, maintenance, or production support.
- Post-trade, technical, leadership, project management, or business-related qualifications.
- Experience using data, reporting tools, or system performance metrics to support project decisions and continuous improvement
