Job Overview

Reports to: Field Service Supervisor

Shift: Various shifts, must be willing to be flexible, as shifts are changed to meet customer and business needs

Location: Elko, Nevada

Sign on Bonus:   $2,500.00

Safety Focus:

  • Current MSHA, valid driver license and able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical job requirements.

Key Job Responsibilities

Assessing equipment repair needs and repair processes.

Equipment component rebuilds and gear box rebuilds

Processing parts (inspect, clean, deem reusable or scrap)

Working in a diverse team environment.

Equipment component rebuilds, i.e. gear box rebuilds

Laying out and performing repairs with accuracy and quality without supervision.

Troubleshooting, maintaining and performing repairs to assigned tooling.

Ability to understand scope of job and direct multiple people in completion of job.

Ability to read and interpret assembly and engineering prints.


Flexible work schedule.

Associates Millwright Degree and minimum 5 years job specific mechanical rebuild experience.

Application of advanced trades mathematics.

Ability to read and interpret complex drawings, specifications, charts, tables, handbook formulas

Proficient use of precision measuring instruments:   mag particle tester, micrometer, laser aligner, caliper and bore gauges with no supervision.
