Job Overview

 

Reports to: Manager, NSG Used Equipment & Rental Fleet

Shift: 5x2

Location: Edmonton, AB

Relocation: No

Travel: 10-15%

 

This role provides full support to the Manager - NSG, Used Equipment and Rental Fleet, Regional account managers and sales team, Inventory teams, and Commercial team to enable the rental and sales processes to be completed efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will lead opportunities to develop the inventory processes and systems within the Used equipment & Rental fleet team.

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide ongoing continuous support of the Used Equipment & Rental Fleet division in Canada and Global remarketing divisions.
  • Perform administration of Used and Rental processes including completing the quote-to-order to delivery process.
  • Arrange and attend weekly Used Parts/Equipment meetings including scribing and distribution of documented minutes, and required action items.
  • Complete routine and ad hoc reporting and documentation for internal distribution.
  • Partner with finance team, and customers, to ensure invoices and payments are correct and issued/processed on a monthly basis.
  • Perform reconciliations of final sell price and margin realization of all Used parts for cost analysis
  • Contribute to ongoing physical stock management counts including receipting of items, recording transfers, and logging storage locations.
  • Assist with marketing and pre-sales activities if required.

Qualifications

 

  • College diploma or undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Multi-tasking and strong organization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years SAP experience.
  • Minimum 2 years Planning and/or Inventory Management experience
  • MS Office experience with Excel and Outlook emphasis.
  • Mechanical aptitude is an advantage.
