A. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
1. Receives in and schedules units from warehouses. |
2. Attach routers and schedule “start” and “finish” dates. |
3. Coordinate customer issues and special visits with Supervisors. |
4. Coordinate with Sales Engineers on complaint units in-house and schedule |
disassembly viewing. |
5. Close out units and maintain comments and routers on all jobs. |
6. Run Bills of Materials on Production Orders. |
7. Prepare delivery agenda for outgoing PM trucks. |
8. Run pre-closures and distribute to shop floor. |
9. Schedule all external trucking needs. |
10. Maintain current WIP report from which Supervisors work. |
11. Maintain “R” inventory requests and returns. |
12. Maintain CEP inventory requests and returns. |
13. Maintain off-loading schedule. |
14. Complete receivers for the Purchasing Dept. |
15. Maintain graphs showing gearcase volume. |
16. Generate and furnish fabrication orders placed by warehouses. |
17. Develop and maintain spreadsheets depicting all gearcases and tonnage. |
18. Maintain warranty book. |
19. Maintain sub-standard lists. |
