Job Overview
The Lehnhoff Product Sales & Support Manager will serve as the primary U.S.-based resource for the Lehnhoff coupler and attachment line. This role combines product expertise, technical support, and direct sales responsibilities to drive growth, customer satisfaction, and product reliability in the market. The position includes high travel demands and requires coordination with cross-functional teams and factory personnel in the U.S. and Germany
Key Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales strategy and support distributors, end-users, and regional teams
- Promote new equipment through demos, trade shows, and marketing initiatives
- Analyze market trends and guide product development
- Manage pricing and quoting in collaboration with internal teams
- Serve as technical lead for field issues and installations
- Conduct dealer audits and maintain service documentation
- Deliver tailored product training to internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee warranty processes, product registration, and campaign completion
- Coordinate with sourcing and support teams to manage inventory levels
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5–10 years of combined experience in sales, technical support, or product management in the construction/mining equipment industry
- Knowledge of Lehnhoff or similar coupler/attachment systems preferred
- Proficiency in root cause analysis, schematics interpretation, and preparing technical documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- German language skill preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
Hiring Range
At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $$103,000-128,800/ year. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
