Job Overview

The Platform Technical Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Digital Transformation initiative by providing technical support and guidance for Adobe Digital Experience Platform applications. This includes troubleshooting issues, managing configurations, and implementing updates to ensure platform stability, security, and performance. Additionally, they will configure and integrate AI tools to enhance the platform's digital capabilities. Adopting Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, the Analyst will focus on improving platform reliability through automation, monitoring, and scalability to ensure the platform meets business needs.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Adobe Digital Experience Platform applications, ensuring platform stability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimize disruptions.
  • Manage platform configurations, implement updates, and ensure security and compliance.
  • Configure and integrate AI tools to enhance the performance and features of digital experience platforms.
  • Adopt SRE practices, such as implementing automation to reduce manual effort and improve platform reliability.
  • Establish and enforce standardized platform configurations, minimizing complexity and reducing the frequency of incidents.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement monitoring tools for early issue detection, automated alerts, and overall platform health.
  • Ensure platform scalability and availability by proactively identifying performance bottlenecks and optimizing resource usage.
  • Collaborate with vendors and managed service providers for specialized technical support and escalation management.
  • Implement disaster recovery, backup strategies, and incident response plans for platform resilience.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Digital Experience Platform or similar digital platforms.
  • Strong technical expertise in platform management, configuration, troubleshooting, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with SRE principles, including automation, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Experience implementing AI tools or automation technologies to enhance digital platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and platform scalability (e.g., Azure) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with digital transformation projects and supporting high-availability platforms.
