MRPC/Analyst Expeditor, Global Distribution Center, Charleroi, PA

We have a position available immediately for a MPRC/Analyst Expeditor.  This onsite position can be located at our Charleroi, PA Global Distribution Center (off the Bentleyville exit of Route 70), our corporate office in Warrendale, PA or at our Engineering Hub at our Franklin, PA facility.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Places orders to cover requirements for rebuilds, CEP and OE equipment based on review of requirements and forward planning.
  • Schedules order need dates and monitors the requirements in order to reschedule or cancel orders based on customer requirements and demand.
  • Expedites and follows up on parts shortages with vendors or internal suppliers.
  • Interfaces with other departments on vendor problems, new parts or new product lines to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Reviews and monitors part info record files and reports for accuracy.  Reconciles errors and discrepancies between accounting and Supply Chain records.
  • Assists buyer(s) as required for RFQ process including pulling drawing packages together and completing RFQ form and input of quote data.
  • Maintain good communications with vendors and internal suppliers.
  • Other duties assigned either by Sr Buyer or Manager

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of post-secondary higher education recommended.
  • Skills and experience with Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Experience with MRP systems.
  • Recommended experience with an integrated business system.
  • Desired experience with supporting a manufacturing environment.
