Location: Phoenix, Arizona; Tucson, Arizona; Mesa, Arizona
Key Job Responsibilities
- Execute full life cycle recruitment process, which includes candidate sourcing, job postings, screening, interviewing, reference checking, and offer management
- Recruit and manage multiple position requirements, across a wide variety of disciplines paying particular attention to technical trades positions and other critical “hard to find” technical roles
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers
- Source high-quality candidates using both traditional and innovative strategies and tools including social media, website postings, networking, advertising, employee referrals, career fairs, and database mining
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates of all levels
- Negotiate and align compensation in conjunction with the HR Business Partners and hiring managers
- Actively promote and build Komatsu’s employment brand with candidates and through all recruitment activities
- Drive and coordinate the process between candidates, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners through the end-to-end recruiting cycle
- Influence, support and maintain recruitment process and systems
- Ensure all recruitment activities performed are fully compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements by country and state/province
- Work within and update the Application Tracking System to ensure data integrity
Qualifications/Requirements
- 5+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience with a strong focus on understanding business requirements and delivering results (preferably within the construction, mining, heavy equipment, or engineering industry).
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience recruiting for a range of roles, including trades (construction, mining, manufacturing, plant), field staff, service, and support personnel
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and HR business partners, gaining deep insights into the daily operations and translating that into the resource needs of the organization.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding organizational and recruitment execution skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience using social media tools for recruitment, including Applicant Tracking software.
- Demonstrated adaptability and proficiency in learning and utilizing a wide range of technologies and systems, including but not limited to recruitment platforms, HRIS, productivity tools, and data management software
- Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% or as required
