Job Overview

As DX Full Stack developer and Supplemental IT support you will be tasked with supporting Field service engineers, Gigaphoton software/hardware installs at customer sites, as well as fielding requests from corporate. However, your main responsibilities will lie in software development directives from the DX group.

Key Job Responsibilities

Set up new employee hardware and software accounts
Manage mailing lists and group members for teams
Assist Field employees in networking setups of customer tools
Support help tickets from employees
Maintain Endpoint and Server Inventory assignments
Assist in implementing corporate IT initiatives
Occasional travel to support installation of FABSCAPE hardware/software at customer sites
Write and Document Procedures
Develop and maintain software products as directed by the DX group

Qualifications/Requirements

AS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related professional experience
Experience in Windows and Linux OS
Adaptive to learning new software systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills
General Networking knowledge
Experience for 3+ years in Go, React, SQL based databases
