Job Overview

Operate and maintain the paint booths within the Lebanon COE. Maintain in accordance with current environmental and safety standards. 

Key Job Responsibilities

Inspect the operating mechanisms in the paint boot prior to operation

Insure that manometer and exhausts are working properly

Insure that paint gun spray nozzle is appropriate for application

Properly clean paint guns and nozzles

Properly store all paint in approved fire-proof cabinets

Check paint supply and type for the application

Make sure the product is free from contaminants (oil. grease, rust, dirt, etc.) prior to commencing the paint process

Use fork truck or hoist to move part into the paint booth

Ensure materials are supported properly to allow for access in all areas that will require paint

Paint gun, paint, cleaners, hoists, fork truck, computer, hand tools, steam cleaner

Additional Information

2 years experience in paint

Able to work any shift

Able to work overtime

Able to work weekends

 

Hiring Range 

At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $21.10. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
