L&D Coordinator - Contractor

Job Specification (not totally inclusive)

• Recording training plan and training schedules for JGA;
• Maintaining records of all attendees and training evaluation results;
• Linking employees to career paths and TNAs;
• Processing  bursaries and submitting information to all relevant institutions;
• Preparing quarterly training reports as input to the ATR;
• Coordinating and maintaining all information relating to the Induction programme;
• Maintain adequate Learning Centre Resources;
• Ensuring training rooms are clean and all furniture is prepared for training;
• Ensuring all training expenditures are tracked and within budget; 
• Administer payment of all training related accounts; and
• Creating Purchase Orders in SAP.

Minimum Skills required.

• Grade 12 or equivalent;
• A qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field;
• ETDP certificate is an added advantage
• At least 3 years of Learning and Development administration experience;
• Proficiency in SAP/R3 is required;
• Computer literate with solid skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
