Job Purpose

The IT Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the company's IT operations, under the guidance and supervision of the IT team. This position offers a valuable opportunity for students interested in expanding their technical skills and gaining practical experience in a corporate IT environment. Additionally, the intern will have the chance to work on challenging projects and collaborate with an experienced team of IT professionals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting in the maintenance and support of hardware and software.

• Providing technical support to end users, responding to help requests and efficiently resolving issues.

• Assisting in the installation, configuration, and updating of systems and applications.

• Participating in IT projects, including system implementations and software updates.

• Assisting in network administration, including network device configuration and performance monitoring.

• Contributing to the documentation of IT procedures and policies.

Required Skills

- College/University student: Information System, Computer Science, Engineering or Engineering Technology
- Basic programming knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of Unix
- Intermediate English desirable
- Availability for internship for 6 hours or 4 hours daily
- Interest in Software Development
- Knowledge of networking desirable
- Knowledge of SQL desirable
