About the Role:
As our Site Supply Lead, you will be the linchpin between Operations and Supply Chain, ensuring seamless collaboration to meet customer expectations.
Your responsibilities will include managing, analyzing, scheduling, and facilitating the supply of components that support the production and service of equipment.
You will play a crucial role in cross-functional meetings, project management, and cost improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate assembly plant meetings to review production schedules and component assemblies.
- Analyse and identify changes in scope for assembly plants and suppliers.
- Collaborate with Contracts Management, Engineering, and Operations to support customer and engineering changes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop local suppliers and support production schedules.
- Work with material planners and buyers to establish stocking programs.
- Mentor and supervise Supply Chain personnel to enhance their skills and champion initiatives.
- Adhere to and promote safety policies and procedures in all interactions.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience
- Knowledge of purchasing, materials and inventory management & quality
- Manufacturing knowledge to effectively support operations.
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities.
- SAP experience and proficiency in MS Suite
