Key Job Responsibilities

Develop manpower schedules, direct hourly workforce, flexibility in working overtime and weekends if needed to accomplish goals, departmental milestones, and deadlines.
Supervise hourly workforce to Komatsu policies, procedures, 5S, and safety standards.
Oversee quality of work and keep Cost of Poor Quality low as set by Komatsu.
Coordinate internal collaboration with other departments (CWI, planners, managers, engineering) to meet customer commitments in a timely manner.
Ensure equipment is in top working condition by doing audits and maintenance.

Qualifications/Requirements

(5-7) years supervisory experience in related field (DC Motors, Transmissions, Cylinders Rebuilds.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, machining drawings, and Komatsu operating procedures.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point
Execute to departmental monthly budget and financial requirements.
Proficient in a customer facing role.
