Job Overview

We are recruiting for a Machine Operator to support our Machining department at our Longview, Texas site. To safely perform the key job responsibilities of this position, applicants must meet qualifications and requirements listed below.

Key Job Responsibilities

Work safe and be an advocate for safety
• Able to follow instructions and repeat basic procedures.
• Clean and maintains equipment, tooling and area
• Select and load materials such as work pieces and machine parts onto equipment used in
machine process.
• Set up and operate all of the equipment and tooling required for the machine process.

Qualifications/Requirements

Entry level position with 2 years of experience with basic machine operation in a manufacturing
environment
Basic Blue Print Reading skills as advised by Supervisor
Read a Tape measure, micrometer and calipers
Set-up, maintaining and Operation of machinery knowledge
Cleans and maintains equipment, tooling and area
A strong desire to enforce safety and quality
Document and record production and quality information as necessary
