Key Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise field mechanics pertaining to scheduling labor and parts, to merit and disciplinary issues.
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure parts and mechanical availability on their equipment
  • Keep in close contact with planners to help them schedule and develop their future projects
  • Follow up on invoicing and billing
  • Working along side with Account Managers to develop quotes, work scopes, time frames
  • Oversee the maintenance of eighteen service vehicles, and up keep of field maintenance equipment
  • Review completed jobs to ensure quality and full work scopes have been met

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Technical degree with at least one year of supervisor experience
  • Minimum of 5-years mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or welding experience
  • Strong understanding of MSHA, OSHA, and DOT regulations
  • Computer skills (i.e. Microsoft 365/Office suites)
