Key Job Responsibilities

Supervise field mechanics pertaining to scheduling labor and parts, to merit and disciplinary issues.
Coordinate with customers to ensure parts and mechanical availability on their equipment
Keep in close contact with planners to help them schedule and develop their future projects
Follow up on invoicing and billing
Working along side with Account Managers to develop quotes, work scopes, time frames
Oversee the maintenance of eighteen service vehicles, and up keep of field maintenance equipment
Review completed jobs to ensure quality and full work scopes have been met

Qualifications/Requirements

Technical degree with at least one year of supervisor experience
Minimum of 5-years mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or welding experience
Strong understanding of MSHA, OSHA, and DOT regulations
Computer skills (i.e. Microsoft 365/Office suites)
