Job Overview


Reports to: Manager
 

Shift: 5 x 2; Mon – Fri, 8 hours per day
 

Location: Edmonton, Alberta
 

Relocation: This position does not offer relocation

Responsibilities

 

Daily Payroll Management: Enter National Service Group (NSG) timecards into Kronos and SAP for bi-weekly payroll processing.
 

Bi-weekly Payroll Management: approve hours, reconcile payroll, and process vacation requires in Kronos.
 

Data Entry Management: Perform repetitive tasks related to payroll and ensure accurate data entry.
 

Reconcile NSG travel bookings charged to company credit card and enter expenses into SAP Concur.
 

Process goods receipts in SAP and generate reports as requested.
 

Greet and welcome visitors while ensuring safety procedures are followed regarding sign in/sign out
 

Answer incoming phone calls in a prompt and professional manner.
 

Send and receive mailings and couriers.
 

Responsible for the ordering/purchasing and control of all office stationery products, which includes creating purchase requisitions in SAP for overhead supplies
 

Manage boardroom meetings in Outlook.
 

Other administrative duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

 

Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills

 

Time entry experience

 

Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
 

Strong verbal and written communication skills
 

Post-secondary education in business administration or related field experience considered an asset
 

General experience in an office environment is required
 

Safety oriented
 

Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
 

Experience with UKG Kronos is a considered an asset 
 

Experience with SAP is considered an asset
